In the supplied demonstration, each short press adds one count. When paired, the count updates in the App.
Pair and set your preferences
Use the App pairing instructions supplied with your ring. The video shows reset, screen orientation and vibration settings. Do not reset a count you want to keep.
Check reminders and direction
Set reminders in the App. The demonstration also shows statistics and Qibla compass styles. Check your location and compass calibration before relying on a direction.
Charge with the supplied cable
The product specification lists DC 2.0 charging at 5V / 1A and approximately one hour to charge. Follow the included manual for charging and care.

Is the gold-coloured ring solid gold?
Gold describes the colour of the finish, not solid gold. The supplied specification lists plastic and zinc-alloy models. Contact support to confirm the material of the current model before ordering.
Which size should I choose?
The listed inner diameters are 18, 20 and 22 mm. Measure the inside diameter of a comfortable ring; these are millimetres, not US ring sizes.
